Please follow the online instructions for registering your player and making payments.

NOTE: YOU MUST BE OFFERED A SPOT TO REGISTER

IN OUR CLASSIC LEAGUE.

Recreational, Academy and In House Programs do not require an invitation.

MUSC non-tryout leagues:

In House League for 5U-8U players,

In House League and Academy for 9U-10U players

Recreational League for 11U-15U players. (non-HS)

MUSC tryout league (competitive)

Classic League for 11U-19U players

*Refund Policy: A refund request for registration fees can be made to Middleton United up until August 1st (fall season) and up to April 1st (spring season). Any requests made after these dates will not be refunded. For all applicable refunds, there will be a 15% administrative fee deducted.
